The 31.1m (102ft) DEEP BLUE III is a shining example of the highly acclaimed 102 Asymmetric series, with innovative exterior design by Zuccon International Project. Built in composite to RINA classification by Sanlorenzo in 2019 , whose in-house team styled the interiors, this yacht’s asymmetry is defined by a main deck walkway to starboard, and a main saloon flush with the topsides to port.
The flybridge of this yacht offers guests a fabulous area for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a helm station and observation lounge forward and open-air dining beneath a louvred sunroof. Aft of a storage unit there is sofa seating, armchairs and sun loungers. Doors either side open onto sidedecks that lead to a very large sunpad forward of the bridge. The main deck aft has more open-air dining with banquette seating aft and chairs around a dining table. Either side steps lead down to a good-sized swim platform.
To starboard the sidedeck leads forward to a foredeck lounge suited to cocktails and informal dining. Zuccon has made excellent use of all outside guest deck spaces.
Inside on the main deck there is a dining table to port and a section of bulkhead slides down to give diners exceptional views through huge mullion-free windows. Steps to the sun deck are glazed in port aft in the saloon, providing architectural interest and leave her exterior lines clean. There is a dayhead forward.
The saloon is to starboard and sliding glass doors open onto the sidedeck and a folding balcony, opening up the space exceptionally well for inside-outside living.
DEEP BLUE III accommodates up to 11 guests in 5 suites. The owner’s suite is situated forward on the main deck with a forward-facing feature window above the bed, and easy access to the secluded bow lounging area.
The remainder of the guest accommodation is on the lower deck and comprises three double suites and one twin suite with an additional pullman berth.
Twin 2,434hp MTU diesel engines provide an impressive maximum speed of 28 knots, cruising speed of 24 knots, and a range of 1,350 nm at 10 knots. Zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor, and a Williams dieseljet 445 tender stows neatly in the lazarette.
Only used privately in the Mediterranean by her original owner since delivery, DEEP BLUE III is now located in Ventimiglia, where she will be available for inspections, and along the Côte d'Azur over the coming weeks. Please contact a Burgess broker today.
